Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition with all packaging intact.
Eligible Returns
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items significantly different from the product description
- Incorrect items received
- Unwanted items in original, unused condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@layli.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label for defective/incorrect items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different product of equal or higher value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
