All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, Eid), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We mark all packages as "Handicrafts / Gift" to minimise delays.
Packaging
Every Layli piece is wrapped in tissue paper, cushioned with bubble wrap, and packed in a branded gift box — ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
