2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless you select a different currency. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices at time of order placement are honoured. As handmade items, slight colour and size variations from product images are inherent and are not defects.
3. Orders & Payment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made in full at checkout.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — images, text, designs, and the Layli brand — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
